Here's the thing about class.
You can have class no matter what. You can have class in any circumstances at all. People all around you can be acting like fools, displaying their lowest instincts, and you can choose to rise above. You can choose to walk with kings. You can choose to ignore their taunts, their japes, their petty efforts to put you down. It doesn't matter whether you're a peasant or a prince. There is dignity in simply placing your faith in your own impeccable tastefulness, recognizing that those who value themselves based on their superficial qualities — that expensive handbag, that piece of expensive jewelry, that perfect 'do — they know nothing. They don't know your strength. They don't know your steel spine. Your ability to overcome. They don't understand that you reside on a little path you like to call The High Road.
